Tezos would have violated the American law !!

The giant Tezos ICO is the subject of a class action against him, after dissensions appeared at the top of the company.

The lawsuit was filed by lawyer James Taylor-Copeland, on behalf of investors in the California court.

According to the complaint, Tezos allegedly violated US law by misleading investors about the nature of the company.

Tim Draper, who supports Tezos, stated in response:

"There was nothing secret about our purchase of Tezos. We invested for a property in the business, which at the time was two bright young people and an idea. The sale might not have happened at all! We also participated in the pre-sale. Most of the founders of ICO earn tokens over time. All chips we hope to receive that we did not buy in pre-sale (alongside all other investors who participated) will be acquired over time with the chips of the founders. I do not intend to sell these chips because I sincerely believe Tezos' mission is to build a "proof of issue" blockchain and open it for developers to build and invent on a new platform and more relevant."

Other companies are likely to be pursued by investors who feel they have misappropriated their funds, for example Florida-Based Silver Miller.

Around 30000 people who bought Tezzies seek to cancel their purchase and to receive damages.

This lawsuit could be the first lawsuit against an ICO.
