New promising ICO: PodOne launches QBE
PodOne, is a company that has been set up by Fenero and aims to become the Uber of internal and remote contact center agents.
She has just filed a patent with the United States Patent and Treatment Office (USPTO), as well as a pre-ICO.
The company intends to finance the development of a network of professionals coming together to manage the inactivity of their agents.
It was the creators of Fereno who came up with the idea of PodOne.
Fenero is a company providing contact center software and has a platform serving 20 countries and 2,200 call centers.
Its customers represent a network of 13,000 call center representatives, and they realized that there was a loss of agent use of 25% of these people.
The company has therefore thought to create a market that would sell or buy the time of inactivity agents, to others on the network. It also plans to allow self-employed workers to join the network.
The reaction of the users was very enthusiastic.
Marlon Williams, CEO of PodOne and Fereno explains:
“We have seen a huge opportunity to connect experienced contact center professionals in a decentralized network to share their downtime to manage various interactions with customers. This combination of customer service professionals can address the key workforce needs in this market – providing flexible staffing during peak periods and generating additional revenue for contact centers.”
Patent filing and launch of ICO
The company has filed a patent on its use of Blockchain technology in the service of excess employee time management, in a large market of work requests and human resources.
