Alpha Point Solution Provider blockchain has partnered with Intel
With this agreement Alpha Point should release a new virtual machine called Trusted VM that will be supported by the Software Guard Extension (SGX).
These are the latest security innovations for reliable computing environments, which could be adapted to private keys allowing access to blockchain.
For Alpha Point, these solutions will address some of the security and privacy concerns associated with digital assets.
The president of Alpha Point, Igor Telyatnikov said in this regard:
“With this improved solution, we allow the rapid implementation of blockchain technology in our production, in just a few months, rather than in a few years. Our financial services customers want the benefits of Blockchain technology without the security and confidentiality limitations of existing solutions”.
When Intel suggested that this partnership could be the basis for continued collaboration in the field of crypto currencies
An Intel spokesman said:
“Alpha Point is focused on digitizing a variety of physical assets, which we believe will create many opportunities for Intel and Alpha Point”
Intel has already looked into the realm of the exchange of virtual currencies.
The Chinese giant Tencent, meanwhile has already appealed to Intel’s services to secure the Blockchain applied to the Internet objects.
