Selon la déclaration de Marc Benioff, PDG de Salesforce, et de Parker Harris, cofondateur du géant des logiciels du Cloud Computing Salesforce, dans une interview à la conférence TrailheaDX le 5 avril, leur société a l’intention d'offrir une suite de « solutions de Blockchain et de crypto-monnaie » à leurs clients d’ici septembre 2018.

En effet, plusieurs entreprises ont déjà montré un vif intérêt sur cette technologie et la plupart d’entre elles ont opté pour le développement de leurs propres solutions natives. Et apparemment, Salesforce figure parmi les dernières qui ont envisagé de travailler sur une telle solution. D’autant plus que la société a toujours été connue pour son approbation sur la technologie révolutionnaire. Cependant, cette décision soulève encore de nombreuses questions.
